So, I started this job today with the Cinco Ranch Home Owners Assoc.....nice people that work there, but I must say, they are some of the MOST strict people I have ever dealt with! Here's an example:
ALL properties within any Cinco Ranch community have to have at LEAST 2 trees. The size of your property, as well as where your property is located (i.e. corner lot) determines how many trees you must have. One property size states you must have 5 trees on them! Can you believe that?

my company has installed 4 commercial landscape projects in cinco ranch, and i must say they are nazi's. if a tree dies it has to be removed and replaced in 2 weeks, or they refer it to their law firm for potential legal action. they don't fuck around. bastards.

What do you guys have against trees? Glad you're gettn' a pay check man! Let's just remember these neighborhoods wouldn't look like the picture perfect, white clouds in the blue sky, beautiful white picket fenced, middle of suburban cocker spaniel America if the deed restrictions weren't so anal. Might as well be living ghettofabulous otherwise!
